Shoreline Volunteer Sign Ups

The Oak Grove Band Boosters (OGBB) work as a non-profit organization in concession stands at Shoreline concerts. For each event that you work, you earn money for your student’s account. This account helps offset the costs of uniforms, transportation, hotels, and food. Work just 8 concerts to pay for band field season (about 10 concerts for guard).

Start now to earn money to pay for the Europe trip that the Oak Grove Marching Band & Colorguard takes every four years.

To take part in this tax-free work program, you must be trained. Each venue has different training requirements and pays a different amount when you work:

 

SHORELINE Requirements:

ServSafe Food Handlers Class  – Every Three Years

TEAM Training (Cashier) – Every Three Years

 

Where Your SHORELINE Money Goes:

We earn 8% of booth sales or flat fee depending on where we are assigned.

20% of booth sales per Concert into OGBB General Fund.

80% of your portion of booth sales per Concert into your Oak Grove student account.

 

NOTE:      

SHARKS TEAM training is accepted at SHORELINE.

 

Money earned for Oak Grove is non-transferable.

Students who do not attend Oak Grove forfeit earnings.
